In Hale\u2018iwa on the North Shore of O\u02bbahu, there are seven food trucks that congregate downtown with a variety of fresh food for beach-goers, tourists and surfers alike to enjoy in an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. The seven food trucks located in one of the parking lots in downtown Hale\u02bbiwa are: Honos, Zane’s Simply Shrimp, ‘okina cafe<\/a>, Snow Factory<\/a>, Giovannis Shrimp Truck<\/a>, D\u00e9lice Crepes and VJ’s Butcher Block & Grill<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When I spend my weekends up on the North Shore, in-between surf sessions, I love to stop by and grab some grinds from these local trucks. This past weekend my family and I stopped in and found ourselves ordering fresh catch \u2018ahi poke, shrimp plates, a\u00e7a\u00ed bowls and shaved ice cream from four of the food trucks.<\/p>\n

The address of the parking lot where all seven trucks are located is\u00a066-472 Kamehameha Hwy. in Hale\u02bbiwa. The hours of operation for each food truck ranges, but all trucks are open between 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.<\/p>\n
