“Um, I didn’t really do much, pretty much hung out with my family and my part-time job. My family, we spent [Christmas] at my aunt’s house and … each of my family [members] would have their own dish they’re good at so we always do that potluck thing every time, every year, and we somehow kind of make it a different concept and just have a gathering. This year we had a seafood-themed dish.”

“I spent a lot of time with family, um, I dog-sat some really amazing individuals, and I spent a lot of time at the beach [Cromwell’s]. And I worked … a lot. It’s great work though, great work. I work at UH Mānoa, I’m a lab technician. Christmas was great, I got to spend it with my mom.”

“Um, RumFire [laughs]. New Year’s Eve RumFire [in Waikīkī]. It was my first time I went for new years [with friends]. I got a new job … at the Royal Hawaiian hotel. That was pretty exciting, that was memorable. For Christmas, I didn’t really do much for Christmas.”

“For sure hang out with my friends, go to the beach. My friend took me to the Outrigger Canoe Club ’cause he’s, like, a member there so that was pretty cool. And then I moved homes, I moved to Waikīkī.”
