Word on the Street: What do you do to keep a healthy lifestyle?

“I don’t have a healthy lifestyle. But what would I do? Hopefully [I’d] get more sleep. I don’t sleep, I really don’t sleep. And I was told that you need to sleep for your body to heal. So, I probably would get more sleep and drink more water.”
