Kapiʻolani Community College students who own their own business can enter an international contest with the possibility of winning $40,000. 

The Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) is a global competition currently accepting applications for college students who own and operate their own business. The GSEA provides support, mentorship, and networking opportunities to help student business owners reach the next level of success.

The Hawai‘i regional qualifying round will be held Oct. 24 at Kāhala Hotel and Resort in Honolulu. Students will compete for a chance to win a $40,000 prize at the final global competition located in Johannesburg, South Africa in April 2020.
