“From the top of my head, the one that I remember [was] basically, ‘Don’t be too hard on yourself.’ On your work or whatever, if you tend to overthink, like, ‘Oh, maybe this is not good enough, maybe it’s not right.’ Honestly, besides overthinking, just ask for help. Asking for help is the best skill.”
